I just received word from the bank I am getting a new bank-owned listing which is a duplex outside the town limits of Boone NC. 

There is a main level apartment with parking up top and a lower level apartment with parking off a second driveway. 

Each apartment is about 832 sq.ft. - two bedroom/one bath on each floor. 

The duplex is about 16 years old.  Metered separately and on shared well.  Lot size is about 0.8 acre. 

Located in a neighborhood on a private gravel road with quick access to a main highway.

I am preparing the property now for listing(cleaning, yard work, etc).
