  • I love to send MLS sheets out by text or e-mail as soon as new listings come on the market. This is the most effective way to get information to buyers who have quick access to smartphones or computers. 
  • If you are not computer savvy, or you do not have a smartphone, don't worry: a phone call from me will still get the new listing information to you.
